Adrian,

 

Suggest fixing the def of "operating channel" to read "a channel on which beacons are transmitted"

 

Also suggest changing the term "nontransmitted BSSID" to be "implicit BSSID" throughout the document since that term more accurately reflects the content/definition thereof.
