Dear TGmc members, This email describes the review process I propose we use in TGmc to review the accuracy of the editing of comment resolutions and solicits volunteer reviewers. 1.
Editorial comments will be reviewed within the editorial team, with the proviso that the editor that does the editing is not the editor that does the reviewing. 2.
Comments with a clearly identified author of the resolution (e.g. assignee or first author of a submission cited by the resolution) will be reviewed by that author. 3.
Comments that were resolved “in committee” – i.e. with no easily identifiable owner of the comment resolution will be reviewed by a volunteer panel of reviewers. If you would like to be part of the review panel, please reply to me (i.e., avoid creating the processed meat much beloved by Hawaiians. BTW, and totally off-topic I was listening to local radio in Hawaii, and one of the competitions had as a prize “two tins of SPAM”. Bliss.)
