This still has lots of rough edges and some placeholders, but the core

of (bringing order to) the zoo of "carrier sense" terminology is there.

 

Please do send me your comments (especially if you can address any of

the open issues (shown in yellow or using Word comments)!).  I intend

to present this during the coming BRC teleconfs.
