   I have posted the minutes for the telecon for OCt 9th, 2015 in doc: 11-15/1204r2:

Note that on page 14, I have completed my action item to check the database against the August 14th telecon minutes.  All the comments that were discussed there have the current (as I see the database) as of 2015-10-09.

I have tried a new coloring scheme in these minutes...please let me know if it helps or distracts from the minutes.
