[STDS-802-11-TGM] TGmd teleconference announcement: July 28, August 4, 11, 18, 25 10am Eastern for 2 hours

All,

TGmd will hold 5 (2-hour) teleconferences before the September 2017 meeting:
Friday July 28, August 4, 11, 18, and 25 at 10am Eastern for comment collection comment resolution and presentations.

We’ll use the join.me bridge: https://join.me/ieee802.11 , see http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/11/joinme.html for more detailed instructions.

I’ve included a list of presentations below for possible discussion. If you have a presentation and are not able to attend the 28 July call, let me know which calls you are able to attend, and I will create a running order of presentations across the teleconferences. If you have a presentation that is not on the list below, please let me know.

 

The draft agenda for the July 28th teleconference is:

1.       Call to order, attendance, and patent policy

a.       Call for potentially essential patents: If anyone in this meeting is personally aware of the holder of any patent claims that are potentially essential to implementation of the proposed standard(s) under consideration by this group and that are not already the subject of an Accepted Letter of Assurance:

                                                               i.      Either speak up now or
                                                             ii.     
Provide the chair of this group with the identity of the holder(s) of any and all such claims as soon as possible or
                                                           iii.     
Cause an LOA to be submitted
