I have uploaded 18/1306r2. This includes proposed resolutions for:
- CID 1480 on dot11EDThreshold (tying it to DSSS and HR/DSSS)
- CID 1455 on definitions for "$PHY PPDU"
- CID 1452 on MPDUs containing an entire MSDU/MMPDU not being a fragment
- CIDs 1415 and 1526 on having the ack policy as a concept embodied
by a combination of a subfield of the QoS Control field and other
information (e.g. whether in an A-MPDU or not)
- CID 1465 on addressing of MPDUs, MSDUs and MMPDUs
- CIDs 1453 and 1435 on deleting unused PHY characteristics
