Hi Dorothy and all,

In the April 12th teleconference call, I've presented two contributions, 19/0608r1 and 19/0609r1, which outlines a few issues on PICS, namely the broken PC and CF items, resulting from our recent mandatory draft review (19/0260r14).

Based on the discussion, I update my contributions and list the changes required to Draft 2.1.  These contributions are uploaded at:
