I have updated the two CIDs in the database and put them in the Comment Group: "GEN MOTION Reject" - Ready for review prior to Motion on Friday.

Per my action item today, here is a proposed rejection of REVmd CIDs 4169 and 4170:

 

Rejected.  The CRC discussed this comment and did not come to consensus to make the change. Concerns raised centered around the impact of making existing implementations non-compliant if a change is made in the direction proposed by the commenter, and the need for a MIB attribute or something similar because ProbeDelay is a local variable limited in scope to the scanning procedure.

 

If anyone has comments or concerns with this resolution and rejection reason, please respond to the reflector well before the motions planned for Friday morning’s REVmd telecon.
