[STDS-802-11-TGM] Time based GTK refresh

Hello all – Is time-based GTK refresh still part of the standard? The refresh period (dot11RSNAConfigGroupRekeyTime) is still present in Annex C, but as far as I can tell there is no behavior defined elsewhere.
