DMG/EDMG SME input is requested on the following, please: It is proposed to resolve CID 1261 by deleting the parenthesis in A beam refinement responder is a STA that receives a BRP frame (which is directed to it) with the Initiator field set to 1. at 2486.50, on the basis that "that receives an XX frame" is always understood to be not a frame whose RA identifies someone else.
However we were, in the
teleconf just now, not sure whether BRP frames might be broadcast, in which case maybe the sentence above is trying to say "that receives an individually addressed BRP frame"? [Cf. "If an EDMG STA transmits a BRP frame and all the addressed receivers’ EDMG Capabilities elements include the Beamforming Capability
