Re 3172, it has been put to me that one might want to consider allowing other parameters to be changed.
The BA parameters are: - timeout - buffer size - A-MSDU support setting - No-Fragmentation setting - HE Fragmentation setting - The stuff carried in the (optional) GCR, Multi-band, TCLAS, EDMG, SAR elements In particular, allowing the buffer size to be renegotiated might allow for dynamic memory optimisation at the AP (nothing, though that the buffer size in the ADDBA
Req is just a suggestion and the ADDBA
Rsp carries the final answer). Should the buffer size be allowed to be modified?
If so, do we need some words to cover the case where the buffer size is less than the current size (and perhaps leaves some MPDUs "orphaned")? Thanks, Mark --
