Hi Mike,

Did some additional edits to the 1024QAM to S1G submission. The latest is 23/39r6.

23/39r6 has the following changes,

- Editorial change to note added in section 9.4.2.200.3
- Added cross reference in section 9.4.2.200.3
- Removed some text in section 23.3.17.4.3 regarding constellation error

The intent is to motion 23/39 at the March meeting in Atlanta.
