[STDS-802-11-TGM] 25/2177 Unavailability bugfixes via CID 27

--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Task Group M Technical Reflector ---

Hi all

In more detail wrt earlier “Updated Channel usage procedures refactoring, unavailability bugfixes, misc topics and "implementation" MIB variable comment resolutions in 25/1890, 1891, 2177 and 2302” email, 25/2177 covers CID 27, where review and feedback is welcome:

CID 27:

11.2.3.2: Added the NAVSyncDelay requirement for a non-S1G STA that is changing from unavailable to available when in the awake state (but excluding 26.14.1 (Intra-PPDU power save for non-AP HE STAs)).

11.2.3.6: AP buffers frames for PS or unavailable STAs. AP directly transmits frames for STAs that are active and not unavailable.

26.8.4.4: Added temporal condition from the odd bullets to the even bullets (which had no temporal conditions so this semantics must have got lost during bullet editing somewhere along the line)

26.14.1: Duplicated a sentence then modified each copy to be correct 1) for power save mode and 2) for active mode (since the baseline text attempts to cover the two modes, which could be OK except for the language “shall transition to the awake state” which only applies to power-save mode (and not active mode)).

Thanks

Brian
