IEEE 802.11(TM) Letter Ballot 189 To: IEEE 802.11 Voters, With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot 189 (LB189), which is a ballot on the question "Should TGaf D2.0 be forwarded to Sponsor
Ballot?". This Ballot opens Fri Jul 20, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Sun Aug 19, 2012 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents
are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB189af/LB189_instructions.html. NOTE - we have recently changed to using the IEEE-SA's ePoll application to support WG letter ballots. Please read the instructions (http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB189af/LB189_instructions.html) at least once, as many of the details of how to interact with the tool
have changed. Important: 1. All ieee 802.11 voting members are required to vote.
Not voting on letter ballots can affect your voting privileges. If your name does not appear on the voters list and you believe you are an IEEE 802.11 voter, you must vote and contact Adrian Stephens (adrian.p.stephens@xxxxxxxxx). 2. You must follow the instructions on the 802.11 web site to vote. Do not send an email to vote. 3. You will need log in using your IEEE web account to vote. (The attached file contains a reminder set for 5 days before the close of the ballot. You may find it helpful to import this into or open this with your calendar client in order
