[STDS-802-11] Mentor year 2003 802.11 documents

Dear 802.11 members,

 

During year 2003,  802.11 changed document server to Mentor.

Year 2003 documents 1-500 were allocated using the old method,  but never made

it onto the server,  for reasons that are lost in the mists of time.

 

IEEE-SA has just corrected this (Kudos to IEEE-SA support staff).  Note that there are

cases where multiple old-style document names mapped onto a single new document number.

These have been allocated new numbers starting at 2001.
