Dear all,

As decided during the March 2013 meeting, there will be a Publicity teleconference on April 16^th 10:00 ET for 1 hour to discuss press releases concerning the creation of recent new groups within IEEE 802.11: HEW SG, TGak and TGaq. Based on discussions at the IEEE 802 level, this should now be common practice moving forward with all new IEEE 802.11 groups.

Below is a draft agenda for the April 16th call:

1. Call to order, patent policy, attendance

2. High Efficiency WLAN (HEW) press release (11-13-0385r0)

3. IEEE 802.11ak General Link press release

4. IEEE 802.11aq Pre-Association Discovery press release [11-13-0410r0]

5. AOB
