IEEE 802.11(TM) Letter Ballot 195

To: IEEE 802.11 Voters,

The 802.11 Working Group WG Recirculation Letter Ballot 195 (LB195) is a Letter Ballot on the question "Should P802.11af Draft 4.0 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".

This Letter Ballot opened at Tue Apr 02, 2013 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 15 days later on Wed Apr 17, 2013 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB195af/LB195_instructions.html.

NOTE - we have recently changed to using the IEEE-SA's ePoll application to support WG Letter Ballots.

Please read the instructions (http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB195af/LB195_instructions.html) at least once,  as many of the details of how to interact with the tool have changed.

Important:

o             This is a 15-day Recirculation letter ballot and the voting pool for this ballot is the same voter pool  that was used for the original letter ballot that passed the 75% threshold for 802.11af,  i.e., Letter Ballot 189. If you have voted on any of LB189 and 192, you are not required to vote on this ballot. Your most recent ballot will be carried forward.

o             If you wish to change your vote, you must respond to this ballot.

o             You must follow these instructions to vote. Do not send an email to vote. Voting by any method other than the web-based process described here will invalidate your vote.

o             Failure to follow these instructions will result in your vote being discarded as an invalid vote.

o             The draft is password protected in accordance with IEEE 802 Policies and Procedures.  To obtain the draft, use the username and the password supplied to active members for the 802.11 WG private area.

Thank you for participating in Letter Ballot 195.
