[STDS-802-11] Call for TGak Technical Editor

TGak plans to select a Technical Editor for 802.11ak by the end of the
upcoming meeting in Nanjing. Please consider whether you would be
interested in this position. If you have not previously been an
Editor, there is substantial assistance and mentoring available.
