[STDS-802-11] TGmc November agenda posted

The primary task for the November meeting is comment resolution of the
497 comments received in the recently completed LB199 (90% approval).

Please note that discussion on the following comments is currently scheduled for Wednesday PM2:

a) CIDs 2114, 2190 - topics are "deprecate PCO" and "deprecate Dual CTS protection"
b) CIDs 2423, 2424 - topics are ERP PHY changes to mandatory status of short preamble and 5.5/11Mbps rates
c) CIDs 2411, 2412 - topic is DSSS deprecation
