JANUARY 2014 INTERIM SESSION
Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, Los Angeles, California USA

The 802W Hotel Block is almost sold out, 
please book as soon as possible.

There are about 20 rooms left in the 802W Hotel Block.
 
STANDARD GROUP RATE: $US 189 Night (plus applicable taxes)*
• Rate applies to Single/Double Occupancy Run of House Rooms and includes Internet access.
• Extra Adults (>2) are an additional $US 25 Night (plus applicable taxes).
• Standard Group Rate Deadline*: December 30, 2013 6PM Pacific Time

ROOM RATES SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

• The Early Bird and Standard Group Rates are subject to the availability of rooms in the IEEE 802 Wireless Group Room Block. 
If the block is sold out before the deadline date, December 30, 2013 the rate will no longer be available.


Once the room block is full, the Standard Group Rate will no longer be available…
 
however the Hyatt is willing to provide us with 20 more guest rooms at an Extended Group rate of $229++

"BOOK NOW, as it most likely no rooms will be available at the HRCP by early December".
