This document contains an "all changes accepted" version of the 802.11 Working Group Operations Manual that was approved during the March 2014 session, incorporating the following changes:

- Added "Former-Voter" category and allow Former-Voters to join reflectors and upload documents

- Modified membership rules so that previous attendances count towards regaining Voter status after loss of Voter status due to non-attendance.
