[STDS-802-11] Open Secretary position for TGak

The current TGak Secretary is unable to continue serving after this
meeting and there were no nominations for that position at the
pre-scheduled TGak Officer selection Monday AM2. However, since then a
volunteer has appeared. This is a call to any persons interested in
this position that there will be a TGak Secretary selection Thursday
AM1 at the joint TGak/ARC meeting.
