Minor update based on email feedback: https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/14/11-14-1353-03-000m-proposal-to-extend-element-id-space.doc Best Regards, Adrian P STEPHENS Tel: +44 (1793) 404825 (office) Tel: +1 (408) 2397485 (mobile, USA) ---------------------------------------------- From: Stephens, Adrian P
Dear 802.11 members, TGmc considered a proposal to extend the Element ID space. The proposal as updated during the meeting is captured in document:
https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/14/11-14-1353-02-000m-proposal-to-extend-element-id-space.doc. This proposal will be brought to motion during a TGmc meeting today (thursday). Sending to the larger reflector because of the interdependency with the WG discussion on use of the Element ID space. The impact of the TGmc proposal is that it will consume a small number of Element IDs (3).
