[STDS-802-11] NG60 SG - New revision of draft PAR and CSD

Hello All,
A new revision of the draft PAR, 14/1151r5, and draft CSD, 14/1152r6,
are uploaded by Carlos as there are a few editorial fixes. The
documents can be downloaded at:

Please review and see if there is any additional comment. As per the
