[STDS-802-11] Update on overflow accommodation for the Bangkok meeting

INFORMATION TO ATTENDEES ON AN OVERFLOW HOTEL

We have a limited number of rooms still available at the meeting hotel, the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre.  Should the dates you would like to book not be available at the Centara Grand, we have secured some additional rooms at a competitive rate at the nearby Centara Watergate.  Booking at the Centara Watergate will still entitle you to the Centara Grand Hotel Registration Category.    Bookings for the Centara Watergate are to be made directly with the hotel, details on how to book are below.   We are currently updating the online registration form to allow for this, however in the interim, please register at the Other Hotel registration category and email ieee802wireless@xxxxxxxxxxxxx advising that you have booked at the Centara Watergate and your registration fee will be amended.

 

DETAILS ON THE ALTERNATE HOTEL:

HOTEL: Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok

Walking Distance to Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre: approximately 10 minutes

Rate per night:   THB 3300 net with room inclusive of breakfast and internet

 

HOW TO BOOK:

1.      Fill out this booking form:  Accommodation Booking Form

2.    And email to Khun Suthinee, Reservation Manager at suthineepo@xxxxxxxxx

Please note that rooms will be held until 31 August 2015 and after this date, bookings will be subject to availability.
