[STDS-802-11] P802.11REVmc D5.0 and corresponding redline documents are posted on the 802.11 members area website

The initial recirculation sponsor ballot is now open and will close on January 26th, 2016, Teleconferences and a comment resolution meeting the week of February 22nd are planned. TGmc will meet on a reduced schedule during the upcoming Atlanta meeting to consider available presentations.

Thank you to the editors, Adrian Stephens, Edward Au and Emily Qi for their work in producing D5.0, and to all those who contributed to comment resolution.
