IEEE 802 Group Hotel the Sands Venetian Hotel Reservation Deadline is February 12, 2016.
Deadline Applies to:
- Making a new reservation
- Changing an existing reservation
- Cancelling an existing reservation
All reservation
changes and
cancellations may be made by contacting the hotel directly.

A charge equivalent to full nights’ accommodation, plus service charge and government tax, will be imposed on guest’s guaranteed credit card for no show, amendments or cancellations received after 6:00 PM Pacific Time 12 February 2016. No Refunds after of February 12, 2016.
Please also note, the deadline for a registration cancellation refund is February 12, 2016.
The March 2016 IEEE 802 Plenary Session will take place at the Sands Venetian Macao Hotel, in Macau.
