--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---_______________________________________________________________________________Dear 802.11 participants,
I have received a liaison from 3GPP RAN2 on the topic of a new work item called eLWA.
The liaison asks for some technical input related to measurements in the 60GHz frequency
band.
Our Monday meeting is condensed to 1 hour, so there won’t be a lot of time for discussion
and organization. If folks are interested in contributing to a response, I’d suggest they
email me. My only direct role in this will be to put those folks in touch with each other.
I propose to identify an individual on Monday of the 802.11 plenary who will lead the generation
of a response. This response can be reviewed on Wednesday at the 802.11 plenary, and a
motion considered either then or during the Friday plenary.
We will also have time during the Sunday CAC meeting to discuss the organization of
generating a response.
Best Regards,
Adrian P STEPHENS
