--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---
Hi HanGyu, I’m afraid we cannot change the teleconference times that the group decided in the July meeting. What I can do is add another teleconference call on or after the week of August 22nd with a more Asia
friendly time based on the following rules in the 802.11 OM: “4.6.3 Teleconferences Teleconferences are a means to prepare input for sessions provided that the teleconference date, time, agenda, and arrangements are announced on the TG email reflector
at least 10 calendar days prior to the teleconference date, except for the Regulatory Standing Committee, which has a 5 calendar day announcement requirement, and that the minutes (agenda, list of
attendees, and proceedings) are kept and published as WG documents within 7 days of the teleconference. Teleconferences may not be held more frequently than twice per week.” Please let me know if you want to request additional teleconference calls. Regards, Minyoung From: HanGyu Cho [mailto:hg.cho@xxxxxxx] Hello Minyoung. I found in the closing report that we will have two teleconference for WUR scheduled as follows
–
August 15th, Monday, 2 pm EDT, 1 hour
–
August 29th, Monday, 2 pm EDT, 1 hour I’m sorry but, I didn’t know we were discussing about teleconference time in the last session of July f2f
meeting. The scheduled teleconference time starts at 3 am in Korea and same or similar in other Asian country. If we see 11ax, for example, we alternate teleconference time and try to avoid extreme time. Could you consider changing teleconference time to be more feasible to anyone who is interested in joining teleconference?
