[STDS-802-11] Fwd: September Interim - LUNCH TUESDAY - change in location

Dear 802.11 participants at the Warsaw meeting.

Lunch for Tuesday and Wednesday (TBC) will be outside.   Please see below for
details.  In addition to your normal 20 deg meeting wear,  you might also want to
pack suncreme,  sun hats, bermuda shorts etc... to be used at lunch time.

Hi all,

 

We will be holding lunch tomorrow (TUESDAY) in the outside terrace area on Level 2.  The doors to the terrace are located near Ballroom E and Kometa.

It will still be a sit down lunch, it will be outside and we believe the access to the buffet in this area and serve as a nice change.

 

Could you please let your groups know, in addition to this we will put out signage and be available to direct at lunch.

Just as a reminder lunch will be available from 12 noon to 130pm.
