I apologize for cross-posting to 802.11 and 802.18. ETSI made version
2.0.7 of the Harmonized Standard (HS) EN 301 893 publicly available.

I would like to quote ETSI's Technical Officer, Martin Arndt, who
wrote "please be aware that this is neither the final version nor a
Harmonized Standard yet. The final version will result from the
comments resolution meeting, so further changes are likely."
Please review the draft in case you are interested in 5 GHz regulatory
requirements. If you would like to comment on the draft and you are
employed at a company that has means to submit comments through a
national European body please follow the according procedures.
