Dorothy, I noted one other minor point: In 3.7.4 (File naming conventions) we describe the familiar 11-17-XXXX-00-gggg-your-name-here style of file naming on the document server. In that section, there is the statement: ‘“0001” is reserved for the 802.11 WG OM’. While this might be a good idea (to post a copy of the OM every year, as that year’s -0001 document so it’s easier to find), that does not seem to be the practice. In fact, it appears to have happened only once in history, in 2013. We should either delete the statement, or decide to actualize the process it claims. Separately, given the recent discussions about how the authorship of revisions of a document (where the reviser and the original author are different), I think we need something that helps explain what we expect for identification of authors, especially on revisions of a document. I can’t find anything in the OM or the referenced Document Style Requirements (http://ieee802.org/11/Documents/format-rules.html) for this. Maybe I’m just not looking in the right place? Otherwise, I would suggest we add something in one of those places. But, this is all likely a bigger topic than we can undertake between now and Friday’s closing plenary, so I suggest those interested in this work on it off-line toward a future session. Any guidance or feedback on this thought would be appreciated. Thanks.
