[STDS-802-11] Second printing of IEEE Std 802.11ai-2016
--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---
Dear 802.11 participants,
Three technical errors were introduced in the published 802.11ai
(compared to the approved 802.11ai).
The errors resulted in the IEEE-SA issuing a corrected version of
802.11ai-2016, known as the "second printing"
(and distinguished as such on the title page).
This updated version is available until 2017-05-15, by visiting
http://www.ieee802.org/11/private/index.shtml,
where instructions and credentials are available to those with access to
the 802.11 drafts.
If you have taken advantage of the free copy available at the beginning
of the year, please download the corrected
version, and inform anybody who might have a copy and not be a
recipient of this email of the need to replace
their copy.
The IEEE-SA will send individual emails to those who have purchased a
copy of the original printing and
provide them access to the updated document.
For interoperability reasons, it is essential that nobody use the
original printing for their implementations.
