Re: [STDS-802-11] Liaison Statement from 3GPP on Emergency Call number formats

--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---
Adrian,
          thanks.

This appears to be related to some of the 802.11u elements in clause 9.4.5 (802.11-2016) and probably just requires the addition of a short reference towards the end of clause 9.4.5.5.  Fortunately there is already a similar reference to the same 3GPP TS document in clause 9.4.5.11, so that text can be copied and re-used, with a small change to the specific annex within that 3GPP TS.

I can certainly volunteer to do this if required, and perhaps the additional sentence can be handled by a suitable comment/resolution in TGmd. A short "thank you" liaison may be in order, although I'm not sure if that is necessary.

Kind regards

Stephen

Dear 802.11 participants,

For information...

I have received a liaison statement from 3GPP TSG CT WG1 on emergency call number formats,
which can be seen here:
