[STDS-802-11] Additional WNG session in Berlin

All,
As discussed at the mid-week plenary on Wednesday, we have created a
special one-hour WNG session today (Thursday) from 11:30-12:30 in Room
2 at the Estrel Convention Center, to present the last agenda item
left over from the WNG session on Tuesday (11-17/1104r1). While the
WNG session will be sharing the room with AANI during AM2, attendance
recording will be separate. Thanks to Joseph Levy for yielding the
room for WNG to complete its agenda this week.
