Hi all, the early bird deadline closes TODAY: Thursday April 5 and the Hotel deadline is next Monday, April 9.

Could you please distribute the following reminder to your Groups:

 

Reminder that the early bird registration deadline is TODAY: Thursday April 5, 2018 and the cut-off date for the group rate at the Warsaw Marriott is Monday April 9, 2018.  After this hotel bookings will only be available based on availability of the hotel.

Do not miss out on these substantially discounted rates.  Also please remember that to qualify for the discounted early bird registration rate you must stay at the Marriott at least three nights.  Your Marriott confirmation number is required for your registration, so do that first.  No deposit is required to book your room.
