[STDS-802-11] WG11 approval of Ethernet Cabling Requirements (ECR) Ad-hoc Group (AHG)

802.11 members,

Osama Aboul-Magd is appointed Chair of the ECR AHG, subject to WG confirmation in July.

Thanks to Osama for agreeing to chair this ad-hoc.
Osama will be announcing teleconference(s) to be held between now and the upcoming July session, with the required 10 day notice.
Additionally, one ECR AHG meeting timeslot is planned during the July 2018 plenary session (can adjust as needed) .

As noted in the Warsaw closing plenary, the ECR AHG will consider Ethernet data throughput requirements of 802.11 systems within the next 5-10 years.
The AHG itself will not meet for 5-10 years.
