[STDS-802-11] IEEE Std 802.11ak-2018 is published; complementary copy available

I am happy to announce that IEEE Std 802.11ak-2018 is now published.
Congratulations to everyone who worked on this amendment, with special
recognition to Donald Eastlake and Mark Hamilton for their leadership of the group.
The awards recognition for 11ak will be held at the September interim session.

A complementary copy is available via links in the members area of the 802.11 website
through July 20th, 2018, see http://www.ieee802.org/11/private/index.shtml .
