[STDS-802-11] IEEE 802.11 Comment Collection 28 for 802.11az Draft 0.4 [Enhancements for Positioning] starts today

With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is beginning Comment Comment Collection 28 (CC28), which is a Comment Collection on the question "Please provide comments on Draft P802.11az D0.4.".

This Comment Collection opens Friday, August 3, 2018 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Sunday September 2, 2018 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/CC28az/CC28_instructions.html.

Please focus your comments on technical aspects of the draft. This is an early draft, and there are many editorial issues which will be addressed by the editor(s) in parallel with the comment collection.

Important:
o    This is a 30-day comment collection period.
o    Anyone who has access to the draft may provide comments.
o    You need to vote in order to provide comments, but what you vote has no effect.
o    If you are an 802.11 voter, this comment collection will have no effect on your 802.11 membership, regardless of whether you respond or not.
o    You must follow these instructions to provide comments. Do not send an email to provide comments.
o    Providing comments by any method other than the web-based process described here will result in your comments being discarded.
o    The draft is password protected in accordance with IEEE 802 Policies and Procedures.  To obtain the draft, use the username and the password supplied to active members for the 802.11 WG private area.
