[STDS-802-11] Liaison document posted from 3GPP RAN re: Certain Channel Combinations in LAA

Notably, the first response is still under discussion and an update is expected after the TSG-RAN82 meeting in December:
"Subsequent to RP-181526 (R4-1811880) there have been additional discussions in 3GPP TSG RAN. Consequently, 3GPP TSG RAN humbly requests IEEE to await an update following TSG-RAN#82 (10-13 Dec 2018)."
