[STDS-802-11] New Listserv lists active - 802.11bc and 802.11bd

Greetings all!
Friday the Listserv lists for the new Task Groups 802.11bc and 802.11bd were activated.

For 802.11bc use:: stds-802-11-tgbc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Purpose: This mail list is to be used for correspondence among members of IEEE 802.11 interested in the activities of the P802.11bc Enhanced Broadcast Service Task Group.

For 802.11bd use: stds-802-11-tgbd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Purpose: This mail list is to be used for correspondence amongst members of IEEE 802.11 interested in the activities of the P802.11bd Enhancements for Next Generation V2X Task Group.

Please use the appropriate list for the technical discussions.

Also the use the new document area in Mentor for the respective TG.
