Edward: Thank you for this. I will forward it to the 802.18 reflector. Rich Kennedy rich@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx NEW Director & Regulatory Liaison WhiteSpace Alliance rich.kennedy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx From: Edward Au --- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector --- Hello Jay, Dorothy, The followings are two regulatory updates in Korea: [1] Korea MIST decides to increase the number of 80 MHz width channels from 5 to 6 by allowing Channel 144 for Wi-Fi. [2] Korea MIST makes a regulatory change at 900 MHz band by replacing LBT with an interference avoiding technology called "transmission time limit". In short, the acknowledgment signal is sent within 2ms from IoT signal transmission and ends within 50ms.
