Apologies for the confusion by the typo in the title -

Currently there are 2 active ballots:

LB238 TGax - Recirculation on P802.11ax D4.0 - closes 25 Feb 2019
LB237 TGba - Initial ballot on P802.11ba D2.0 - Closes 3 March 2019

With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot 238 (LB238), which is a Letter Ballot on the question "Should P802.11ax D4.0 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".

This Letter Ballot opens Friday, February 1, 2019 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 24 days later on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm).
All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB238ax/LB238_instructions.html.

Important:
o    This is a 24-day Recirculation Technical letter ballot and the ballot group (i.e., those that may vote) for this ballot are those in the ballot pool for LB233, the ballot of P802.11ax D3.0 (passed).
o    If you are in the ballot pool and do not vote, your prior vote will carry forward. If you are in the ballot pool and have not yet voted, you must vote before the end of the ballot series, or risk impact on voting rights.
o    If you cast a "Do not approve" vote on this ballot, it must be accompanied by comments for your vote to be valid.
o    Note that the only valid reason to abstain is "lack of expertise", regardless of any additional options offered by the voting tool. If you abstain for any other reason, your vote will not be valid and will not count towards maintaining your voting status.
o    You must follow these instructions to vote. Do not send an email to vote. Voting by any method other than the web-based process described here will invalidate your vote.
o    Not voting on a letter ballot series or sending an invalid vote can affect your voting privileges.
o    The draft is password protected in accordance with IEEE 802 Policies and Procedures.  To obtain the draft, use the username and the password supplied to active members for the 802.11 WG private area.

The attached file contains a reminder set for 4 days before the close of the ballot.  You may find it helpful to import this into or open this with your calendar client in order to get an automated reminder.
