I note in particular that there seems to
be some conflict between item 1 and item 4. Item 1 states "... Designated
Person may attend public sessions of IEEE-SA standards development meetings,
submit technology proposals for standards, make presentations on proposals, participate in public discussions of technology
proposals, submit public comments on standards, ..." While item 4 states " ... , a Designated Person shall not participate in meetings or communications that
involve technical discussions. ..." If it is indeed the case that item 4 is
referring ONLY to “IEEE-SA
Leadership and Governance Meetings” that happen involve
technical discussions, this should be made clear. Frankly, it’s hard to imagine
leadership or governance meetings that involve technical discussions, however
