[STDS-802-11] Result of LB244 - IEEE 802.11 Second Recirculation Working Group Letter Ballot on P802.11ax D5.0 - Passed

The Second Recirculation Working Group Letter Ballot on P802.11ax D5.0 has completed.
The approval percentage was 93.8% Thus the ballot passed (75% required).
558 comments were received.

The ballot details are below.
Updated results for the prior ballots in the series are also included below, reflecting "Approve" voter total corrections:
LB233 - was 212, now 211 - one person included was not in pool
LB238 - was 260, now 253 - incorrect carry forward of votes
