[STDS-802-11] TGmd has completed its work and is adjourned for the week

All,

TGmd has approved resolutions to the comments received in LB245
approved a motion requesting WG/EC approval to forward P802.11REVmd D3.0 to SA Ballot.

Corresponding motions will be brought to the WG on Friday.

As no in-scope, must-be-satisfied comments were received in LB245, no recirculation ballot is required.
The SA ballot is expected to start after WG11 and EC approval (Friday 2019-11-15) and be open for 30 days.
