IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session Registration Reminder

* Session Dates: Sunday January 12th through Friday January 17th
* Participating Working Groups: 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19, 802.24

REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES
Standard Registration
* $US 900.00 for attendees staying three or more nights at Hotel Irvine
* $US 1200.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)
* Deadline: 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday, January 3, 2020
Late/On-site Registration
* $US 1100.00 for attendees staying three or more nights at Hotel Irvine
* $US 1400.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)
* Applies to All Registrations AFTER: 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday, January 3, 2020
Student Registration: $US 150.00 (college student bachelor or post-graduate level)
* The Student meeting fee is available only one time per person.
* The person using the Student meeting fee will not be able to use meeting attendance to gain or maintain voting rights.
* A valid current student ID must be shown when picking up the meeting badge.
* Student Registration Must Be PreApproved: Please email the meeting planner (802info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) your educational email address, first name, last name and educational establishment receive a registration access code.

Registration Payment Policy
Group Hotel Registration Policy
The combined hotel room stays of attendees are used to offset the cost of the meeting. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Hotel Irvine for three (3) or more nights is not eligible for the registration discount. The correct registration fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled meetings.
CANCELLATION REFUNDS, FEES & DEADLINES
Cancellation Policy
* If you register for an IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid.
* Cancellation requests must be made online using the registration website or by submitting an email request to: 802info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Refund Deadlines
* Full Refund: 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday December 6, 2019
* $US 150.00 Cancellation Fee: 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday January 3, 2020
* No Refund: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday January 3, 2020

Travel Documentation
Please take the initiative to determine if you require a travel documentation to attend a particular IEEE 802 Meeting. The requirements change from time to time. Because of this, we strongly urge all attendees to review the requirements for traveling to each IEEE 802 meeting location and determine for themselves, or in collaboration with their employer, what travel documentation is required.
IEEE Standards Invitation Letter
IEEE Standards can provide registered attendees with a letter of invitation.
* Request Letter During Registration: If you require a letter of invitation, please complete the visa letter request portion of the registration form.
* Request Letter After Registration: If you require a letter of invitation after you have completed registration please return to the registration website and complete the visa letter request portion of the registration form.

Letter Cut Off Date: Letters will not be issued after January 3, 2020
Social Event at K1 Speed
The social event for this session will take place off site at K1 Racing Irvine.
The evening will include the option to participate in Go-Kart Races.
In order to participate in the races, online registration forms must be completed.
