To address concerns raised by some WG members, we updated the PAR approved by the SENS SG earlier this week.  The revised PAR can be found on the server as document

To avoid a 4 month delay (see slide 21 of 19/2119r3), our intent it to run a motion to approve the document in tomorrow’s closing plenary.  Feel free to reach out to me if you have questions.
