[STDS-802-11] Teleconference meeting minutes reminder

Dear 802.11 members,

I would like to remind the subgroup Chairs and secretaries, and members that the minutes of teleconferences, CRC meetings and ad-hoc meetings do need to included the list of attendees (name, affiliation). See section 10, Requirements and Guidelines for 802.11 Secretaries in https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/14/11-14-0629-22-0000-802-11-operations-manual.docx .

As an example of best practice, please see Jon Rosdahl's recent TGmd ad-hoc minutes, https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/20/11-20-0260-00-000m-telecon-minutes-for-revmd-crc-feb-7-and-14-2020.docx . TGmd typically schedules in 2-hour blocks, so Jon includes attendance per block.
