[STDS-802-11] 2020 November 802 plenary meeting venue update

Dear 802.11 members,

At its 2020-07-07 teleconference meeting, the IEEE 802 EC approved a motion  to cancel the 2020 venue for the 2020 November meeting planned for Bangkok.
I expect that the 2020 November plenary will be held electronically.
